(a) BACKGROUND:
With funding from the Global Fund, Family Health International (FHI360) is collaborating with Achieving Health Nigeria Initiative (AHNi) to support the government of Nigeria to enhance sustained cross-sectional integration of HIV/AIDS services by building Nigeria’s capacity to deliver sustainable high quality, comprehensive, prevention, treatment, care, and related services in Nigeria.
Achieving Health Nigeria Initiative (AHNi) is inviting interested and authorized Manufacturers/Marketers of pharmaceutical drugs to submit sealed quotations for the following:

(d) EVALUATION AND SELECTION CRITERIA:
Bidders must ensure drat all requested information in (c) are included in the submission documentation. Proposals will be evaluated as follows:

(e) SUBMISSION PROCEDURE AND INSTRUCTIONS:
Technical Documentation (Criteria 1-9), Physical Sample of Product(s) quoted (Criteria 10) and Financial Quotation including commercial terms (Criteria 11) MUST be submitted in 3 separate envelopes, signed by authorized representative for those that require same, properly labeled with your company name and address on one side of the envelop as well as its content on the other side of the envelope (E.g., Envelop 1-Technical Document, Envelop 2-Physical Sample, Envelop 3-Financial Quotation). You are expected to submit these three (3) envelopes at the same time to:

(f) ADDITIONAL INFORMATION TO BIDDERS:

- AHNi is Value Added Tax (VAT) exempted but deducts withholding tax (WHT) in compliance; with relevant Nigerian Tax Laws;
- Deliveries– delivery location (Lagos or Abuja, NIGERIA);
- All proposal document submitted including prices must be valid for a period of six (6) months from the tender due date. These include but not limited to cost, terms, conditions, and service level agreement;
- Sample submission for this tender is a MUST.
(g) CLOSING DATE:
Tender document must be hand delivered or couriered to the above address on or before Tuesday 27 July 2021 at 5:00pm GMT.
