This is to notify the public and interested buyers that there would be a public auction of assets a 2,500 KVA Caterpillar generating set with alternator and exciter with radiator motor (Worldwide High Torque Design C Three Pause Motor) under the custody of the Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria as detailed in the schedule below:

Terms and Conditions
(1) Interested parties are invited to contact the auctioneer for inspection.
(2) The highest bid for each asset will emerge the winner subject to the highest bid being equal to or above the reserve price.
(3) Successful bidders shall be required to immediately pay 10% of their bid amount after the fall of the hammer and the balance amount within thirty (30) working days.
(4) All payments are to be made to the Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria via the Remita payment platform.
(5) Upon receipt of full payment, the items will be handed over to the successful bidder.
(6) Successful bidders shall be required to relocate purchased assets within seven (7) days (30 July 2021) of full payment for the assets.
(7) All assets will be sold on an “as is” and “where is’* basis.
