CORRIGENDUM III
The Federal Ministry of Water Resources wishes to inform the general public that sequel to the Advertisement and Corrigenda published by the Federal Ministry of Water Resources in the Federal Tenders Journal, THISDAY and DAILY TRUST Newspapers of Monday, 24 May, 7th and 21st June, 2021 respectively, the deadline for Submission of Bids/Documents for Category B (WORKS) has been extended by two (2) weeks.
2. The new deadline for submission of Bids/Documents Category B (WORKS) is 12:00 noon Monday, 19 July, 2021,while the deadline for the submission of Bids/Documents for Categories A (GOODS), C (CONSULTANCY SERVICES) and D (PRE QUALIFICATION) remains 12:00 noon Monday, 5 July, 2021. In addition, Bidders under Category B that had applied for Lots WS/WK/10A, WS/WK/12 and WS/WK/13 are invited to return the Bid Documents earlier issued and collect the revised Bid Documents from Room 114, Procurement Department, New Building, Federal Ministry of Water Resources, Old Federal Secretariat, Area 1- Garki, Abuja upon presentation of their original receipt and copy of Issuance form.
3. Bid Opening for Categories A, C and D will take place immediately after the close of submissions at 12:00 noon Monday, 5 July, 2021 while the Technical Bid Opening for Category B will take place at 12:00 noon Monday, 19 July 2021 at the Ministry’s
Conference Room, Federal Ministry of Water Resources, Old Federal Secretariat, Area 1-Garki, Abuja.
4. Please note that in the event of the declaration of a public holiday on Monday, 19th July, 2021 by the Federal Government to mark the Eid-el Kabir celebrations, bid opening for Category B shall take place on the working day immediately after the holidays.
5. All other information contained in the original Advertisement and Corrigenda remain valid.
