REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR CREATIVE AGENCY FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF IOM X 3 NIGERIA AWARENESS CAMPAIGN
The International Organization for Migration (hereinafter called IOM) intends to hire Service Provider for the Creative Agency for Implementation of IOM X 3 Nigeria Awareness Campaign for which this Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued.
IOM now invites Service Providers/ Consulting Firms to provide Technical and Financial Proposal for the following Services :. Creative Agency for Implementation of IOM X 3 Nigeria Awareness Campaign.
More details on the services are provided in the attached Terms of Reference (TOR).
Objective of the Assignment
IOM X West Africa is the International Organization for Migration’s (IOM) campaign to encourage safe migration and public action to prevent human trafficking and exploitation. Its main goal is to empower young people in West Africa to make informed migration-related decisions, thus helping to reduce vulnerability to exploitation that can result from irregular migration. As part of the regional
project, the initiative uses different tools, channels and activities to disseminate trustworthy information to aspirant migrants.
The Service Provider /Consulting Firm will be selected under a Quality –Cost Based Selection procedures described in this RFP.

The Proposals must be delivered hard copy to No. 1 Isaac John Street Ikeja, GRA, Lagos on or before 23rd July,2021. No late proposal shall be accepted.
IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and to annul the selection process and reject all Proposals at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to affected Service Providers/ Consulting Firms
