1. The FEDERAL GOVERNMENT OF NIGERIA has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Nigeria Erosion and Watershed Management Project, and intends to apply part of its counterpart fund proceeds toward payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF AMPHIBIOUS EXCAVATOR (AKA SWAMP BUGGY) AND CARRIER LOW BED TRUCK
2. The OGUNNEWMAP now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for PROCUREMENT OF AMPHIBIOUS EXCAVATOR (AKA SWAMP BUGGY) ONE (1)NO AND CARRIER Low BED TRUCK ONE (1) NO to Ogun Nigeria Erosion and Watershed Management Project Additional Financing (OGUNNEWWAP-AF) Project at Ogun State Ministry of Environment, Block B, 1st Floor Room 232/233, Ogun State Government Secretariat, Oke-Mosan Abeokuta, Ogun State within the period of Forty-Six (46) days from the day of specific procurement notice
3. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding procurement method using a Request for Bids (RFB)as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers 2017 Procurement Regulation edition as per legal agreement (Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Engr. 5. The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non refundable fee of Twenty Five Thousand Naira (N25,000.00) Orly. The method of payment will be by direct deposit to the account name OGUNNEWMAP-AF Account No: 0076579414 Sterling Bank. The document can be collected in hard copy at OGUNNEWMAP-AF, Ogun State Ministry of Environment, Block B First (1st) Floor Room 232/233. 6. Bids must be delivered to the address below OGUNNEWMAP- AF, Ogun Stote Ministry of Environment, Block B First (1st) Floor, Ogun State Government Secretariat, Oke-Masan, Abeokuta, Ogun State, Nigeria on or before 11.00am 6th of September, 2021. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the Conference Room of Ogun State Ministry of Environment, Block B First (1st) Floor Room 263, Ogun State Government Secretariat, Oke-Mosan, Abeokuta, Ogun State, Nigeria oN 6th of September, 2021 by 11.00 a.m prompt
