THE INSTITUTE OF CHARTERED ACCOUNTANTS OF NIGERIA (ICAN)

INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF ICAN BENIN AND DISTRICT OFFICE BUILDING IN BENIN CITY, EDO STATE.
The Institute’s Governing Council has approved the construction of ICAN Benin and District office Building in Benin City, Edo State.
1. Towards achieving the above objective, the Institute hereby invites reputable firms to tender for the construction of the DISTRICT OFFICE in Benin City following the guidelines below:
i. Detailed Company or Firm profile with registered address, functional email and telephone numbers of contact persons
ii. Evidence of incorporation or registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
iii. Membership by its Directors and or key staff of any relevant professional body in the Building Services industry e.g NIOB, COREN etc
iv. Three (3) years audited accounts
v. Copy of Tax clearance certificate
vi. Recommendation letter from Bank stating ability to execute the project.
vii. Verifiable evidence of projects successfully completed in the last three years of a value not less than N80,000,000 with addresses of the projects and their Owners
vii. A non-refundable draft/cheque of N100,000 (Hundred Thousand Naira) only payable to The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN)

3. Tender Documents can be collected at the same address
4. Tenders are to be submitted in SEALED envelopes and titled ICAN DISTRICT OFFICE PROJECT to the above address on or before August 27,2021
