(2) All tenders must be accompanied by the following;
(i) Evidence of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission;
(ii) Evidence of Registration with the Delta State Government;
(iii) DSIR Card
(iv) Verifiable contact address of Business Office(s) premises, Utilities bill etc.;
(v) Evidence of Payment of N25,000.00 Tender fee for Construction of Hand Pump/Toilet Projects, N45,000.00 for Construction/Renovation of Classrooms/ Block Wall Fence projects and N60,000.00 for Procurement/Supply of Dual Desk Projects.
(vi) Evidence of Professional/Technical qualification;
(vii) Evidence of financial capability (Bank Statement and Audited Accounts for last 3 years);
(viii) Evidence of previous similar jobs successfully executed;
(ix) Memorandum/Articles of Association where applicable;
(x) Evidence of payment of a non-refundable deposit of N40,000.00 for the project in bank Draft in favour of State Universal Basic Education Board, Asaba for processing and technical analysis of tender documents.
(3) Tenderers are advised to visit and inspect the Projects site before tendering.
(4) All tender documents together the completed Blank Bill of Quantities (B.O.Q.) should be retuned not later than close of work on 28 September, 2021, in wax-sealed envelope addressed and delivered to:

(5) The Project title should be clearly marked at top left corner of the envelope.
(6) Tenderers should know that the Board is not constrained to accept the lowest bidder.
(7) Tender will be opened on 5 October, 2021, in the presence of the bidders or their representatives.
(8) COVID-19 protocols would be observed throughout the Procuring Process.
