INVITATION TO TENDER FOR SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF FURNITURE, ELECTRONIC APPLIANCES AND INTERIOR DECORATION MATERIALS FOR GOMBI LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREA COUNCIL GOVERNOR’S AND PRESIDENTIAL LODGE

INTRODUCTION
Gombi Local Government Council wishes to inform all eligible and interested suppliers/contractors, that the Council is advertising to undertake procurement process for the supply and installation of Furniture, Electronic Appliances and interior decoration materials for Gombi Local Government area Council Governor’s and Presidential Lodge.

SCOPE OF SUPPLY
Contractors/Suppliers are to submit company profile and financial Bid for supply and installation:

(a)  Electronic appliances, Furniture and interior decoration materials is required to be supplied and installed at Gombi Local Government Governors/Presidential Lodge.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENT
Note: That the bids will be evaluated on the responsiveness to the below criteria:

(1) Evidence of Certificate of incorporation with corporate affairs commission.

(2) Registration with Adamawa State Bureau of Public Procurement 2021.

(3) Provide companies 3 preceding years audited account.

(4)Tax clearance Certificate 2021.

(5) Evidence of registration with NSITF 2021.

(6) Evidence of registration with ITF 2021.

(7)Registration with PENCOM 2021.

BIDDERS ARE ADVICE TO:

  • Collection of Bid document starts on the 25 August, 2021 at the office of the Head of Procurement Gombi Local Government Secretariat after the payment of a nonrefundable fee of N10,000.00K.
  • Submit bid and other relevant document in duplicate of two (2) sealed envelopes and the title of the project written at the back: supply and installation of Furniture, Electronic Appliances and decoration materials for Gombi Local Government Council Governors/Presidential Lodge.
  • Enclose a copy of receipt as evidence of payment for bidding document.
  • All Tenders are to be submitted at the office of the Head of Procurement department, Gombi Local Government Secretariat.
  • Note that the process is not bound to consider the lowest tender.

CLOSING OF BID SUBMISSION
The Deadline of Bid submission shall be on the Thursday 2 September 2021 at 12:00 noon. While the bid opening will take effect immediately on the same day at 1200 local time at the office of the Head of Local Government Administration, Gombi Local Government Secretariat. The process will be conducted strictly in line with the council’s guidelines of conduct during COVID-19 Pandemic.
