REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR THE DEPLOYMENT OF A CALL CENTER SOLUTION
Heartland Alliance LTD/GTE is seeking the services of a qualified organization for the deployment of a Call Center Solution for its operations currently implemented in 3 states: Lagos, Cross River, and Akwa-Ibom.
Interested vendors should indicate interest by submitting an Expression of Interest in addition to the following;
- Evidence of company incorporation with CAC (Certificate of Incorporation, Form CAC 3 & CAC 7A).
- Evidence of payment of taxes/Tax identification number.
- Evidence of previous experience in the deployment of the Call Center Solution, including recommendation letters from 3 reputable organizations.
