REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS (RFQ) FOR MULTI FUNCTION PRINTER (MFP) LEASE AND MAINTENANCE FOR IOM OFFICES IN LAGOS, BENIN CITY, ABUJA, YOLA AND MAIDUGURI OFFICE FOR LONG TERM AGREEMENT (RE-ADVERTISED)
The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is an intergovernmental organization
established in 1951 and is committed to the principle that humane and orderly migration
benefits both migrants and society.
IOM invites interested Suppliers to submit Quotations for the supply and delivery of Multi
Function Printer (MFP) Lease and Maintenance for IOM Offices in Lagos, Benin City,
Abuja, Yola and Maiduguri office for Long Term Agreement (LTA)
Subject to the final needs and budget availability, IOM has the right to engage the
service for 1 (one) and/or some office locations. IOM is not bound to engage the service
for all the 5 office locations at the same time.
With this RFQ is the GIS which include the Instructions to Suppliers, Technical
Specifications and administrative requirements that Suppliers will need to follow in order to
prepare and submit their quotation for consideration by IOM.
Quotation must be submitted in a sealed envelope. The Supplier must seal the original the
Quotation Documents and shall be addressed to IOM, 55 Hassan Musa Katsina Road,
Asokoro extension near Guzape, Abuja, Nigeria
Hard copy Quotation shall be submitted to the above address not later than 19th August 2021 at 12.00 hrs. Late Quotations will not be accepted.
IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation, and to cancel the procurement process and reject all quotations at any time prior to award of Purchase Order or Contract, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Supplier/s or any obligation to inform the affected Supplier/s of the ground for IOM’s action.
