ADDENDUM
The Ministry of Niger Delta Affairs wishes to draw the attention of prospective Bidders and General Public to the Ministry’s Advertisement in the Daily Trust and Vanguard Newspapers of Monday, 21 June, 2021 and the Federal Tender Journal of Monday, 21 June – Sunday, July, 2021 Edition initially scheduled to close on Tuesday, 3 August, 2021 has now been extended to Tuesday, 24 August, 2021 due to some unforeseen circumstances such as the recent spike in Covid-19 variant, among others.
In view of the foregoing, prospective Bidders and members of public are hereby advised NOT to attend the bid opening event on the new closing date of Tuesday, 24 August 2021 in compliance with the Federal Government’s directive on maintenance of social distancing and avoidance of unnecessary overcrowding, among other Covid-19 protocols. The bids opening (Technical and Financial) will be duly covered by video recording in presence of, at least, two (2) invited observers representing the Private Professional Bodies and Non-Governmental Organizations.
