INVITATION TO TENDER/EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
The National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) wishes to draw the attention of all interested bidders and the general public to the earlier advertisement published in the Federal Tenders Journal, The Daily Trust Newspaper, and The Nation News Paper on Monday, 16 August 2021 on Invitation to Tender/ Expression of Interest for the provision of insurance cover to the Agency.

CATEGORY A:
Lot 1: Procurement of 13 nos. Mobile Intensive Care Unit (MICU) Ambulance
(a) Only companies included in the National Automotive Design and Development Council’s approved list of local manufacturers of vehicles or their authorized representatives should bid for the vehicles
CATEGORY B
LOT 11 – 14: Expression of Interest (Insurance Brokers/Underwriters)
(a) Evidence of current membership of the Nigerian Council of Registered Insurance Brokers (NCRIB) for Brokers;
(b) Company’s profile of key personnel with a minimum of 5-year post qualification experience including copies of their professional qualifications;
(c) Verifiable documentary evidence of at least three (3) similar jobs/services rendered in the last five (5) years including Letters of Engagement and a 3-year evidence of successful insurance claims handled in the area of interest; and
(d) Evidence of Professional Indemnity Cover (for Brokers).
Consequently, the earlier deadline for submission of Expression of Interest documents which was 12 noon Monday, 30 August 2021 has been extended to 12 noon Monday, 6 September 2021.
