TITLE: COURIER/BULK HAULAGE SERVICE FOR USAID INTEGRATED HEALTH PROGRAM (IHP)
(1) OVERVIEW
USAID’s Integrated Health Program (IHP) would like to invite eligible firms to submit offers for Courier/Bulk Haulage Service Company for both local and international shipments.
The Vendors must demonstrate capacity, based upon technical expertise, management capability, and financial resources
Palladium intends to sign a Service Level Agreement (contract) with the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
RFQ Submission Requirements/Evaluation:
(1) Certificate of Incorporation
(2) Company’s Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three years or in the case of a new company, evidence of tax/VAT registration with the FIRS
(3) Indemnity insurance policy
(4) Valid courier license from NIPOST
(5) Sample of waybills, labels, bags, tags, envelopes, receipt, and registered trademark (if any)
(6) Audited Financial Statements for 2018, 2019, and 2020 (Showing minimum average annual turnover of N20mllion for each year
