The U. S. Embassy Abuja has a requirement for a vendor to provide the following;

  1. Electric Range Electrolux MFF3025RC Self Clean, 220 – 240Volts, 13 Amps plug 20ea
  2. Sharp Microwave 34 liters, 220-240Volts – 13 Amps plug 20ea

The preferred shipping location is 2801 Route 130 Unit 1, North Brunswick, NJ 08902, United States.

If you are quoting outside the U.S.A, kindly advise direct shipping charge to U.S Embassy Abuja.

The evaluation criteria for this requirement will include price, technical acceptability and past performance.

FOR A VALID QUOTE, please note the following:

  1. Include complete specifications, samples/pictures (where applicable), return policy and total shipment weight along with your quotes.
  2. Vendor must state BOLDLY if offering alternatives.
  3. All responses and quotes on this RFQ MUST be to Abujaprocbids@state.gov
  4. Vendors must state delivery terms (How long it will take to deliver).
