You are invited to submit a quotation.  You are also to provide shipping cost  to North Brunswick NJ

as well as the door-to-door (direct shipment charge) using DHL, FedEx, UPS etc. to U.S. Embassy Abuja, Nigeria

The preferred shipping location is U.S. Embassy Compound Abuja, Nigeria

The evaluation criteria for this requirement will include price, technical acceptability and past performance.
