INVITATION TO TENDER FOR PROJECTS EXECUTION
As part of intensified effort to provide some basic infrastructure to facilitate the socio-economic development of its project, Garun Malam Local Government Council intends to execute project that have direct impact to its people and consequently wishes to invite interested and competent contractors to submit eligibility indication of interest document for the following-
(1) Renovation of five daily prayer Mosque at various places within the L.G .A
(2) Construction of Drainages at various places within the L.G.A
(3) Construction of culverts at various places within the L.G.A
(4) Maintenance of tarred road from Chiromawa to G/Malam
(5) Construction of wall fence at Dakasoye Clinic
(6) Construction of retaining Wall and Laterite Filling at various places in the L.G.A
(7) Construction/completion of five daily Prayer Mosque at various places in L.G.A
(8) Renovation of health Posts/Primary Health Centres in the L.G.A
(9) Repair of official Vehicles
(10) Supply of Office Furnitures
(11) Maintenance of out post
(12) Extension of electricity at various places in the L.G.A
(13) Construction of open market stalls at various places
(14) Supply and spread of laterite for Filling of strategic places
(15) Purchase of official Vehicles
SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS
All submission must be made within two (2) weeks from the day of this publication (i.e 2 October, 2021) as late submission will not be considered. The documents are to be delivered to the office of the Hon Chairman of Garun Malam Local Government. Respondent are to take note that this advert should not be considered as commitment on the part of the Local Government nor shall it entitle any contractor to make any claim whatsoever and or seek any form of indemnity from the Local Government by virtue of such contractor having responded to this publication.
