TO ALL INTERESTED HYDRO-GEOLOGICAL DRILLING COMPANIES
RE: REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ JDPC MAIDUGURI) FOR DRILLING/REHABILITATION OF BOREHOLES OF 100M AND 300M DEPTHS (USING RIG MOTORIZED DRILLER) FOR ECHO SAHARA PROJECT, IN KAGA AND MAGUMERI LGAS OF BORNO STATE.
This is a formal invitation for quotations to the JDPC Maiduguri Office located in ST. Patrick Catholic Cathedral, opposite State secretariat Maiduguri.
Note: All quotations must be summited within Twenty-one (21) days from the date of publication (i.e 4 October 2021).

Terms and Conditions
Please provide the following information in your Quotation:
- Price Validity- note that the unit price specified should be valid for a minimum period of 3 months.
- Acceptance of JDPC MAIDUGURI payment terms: 100% payment to be made on delivery and countersignature of a Good Received Note confirming acceptance of goods by JDPC MAIDUGURI.
- Date of Quotation, signature, and stamp of legally authorized signatory.
- 5% withholding tax will be deducted from the total sum for project execution.
Criteria
(1) All Quotation must be submitted Within Twenty-one (21) days from the day of Publication either through the e-mail below or by physical submission in the Bid box at the office from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm within the stipulated days.
(2) The Quotation price should be sent to JDPC MAIDUGURI Office at the address above.
(3) Purchase order will be awarded to the bidder whose bid has been determined to be the best-evaluated bid and is substantially responsive to the bidding documents.
(4) In the case of arithmetical error (e.g., a discrepancy between unit and total price), the unit price shall prevail, and the total shall be corrected. Similarly, in any discrepancy between a total corresponding to the submitted in hard copy on a pre-printed vendor proforma or vendor letterhead.
(5) Quotation must be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to the following.
