SCALE-UP OF ELIMINATION OF MOTHER TO CHILD TRANSMISSION OF HIV SERVICE TO 21 ADDITIONAL HOSPITALS AND SCALE-UP OF ADOLESENCES AND YOUNG PERSONS IN 21 LGAS IN KADUNA STATE 

INTRODUCTION
The National program on HIV/AIDS directed States to embark on measures to eliminate the transmission of HIV from infected mothers to their newborn babies, having recognized the effective use of modern technologies in the early diagnosis and management of HIV. KADSACA wishes to scale-up these proven interventions to the additional 21 selected hospitals in the State. In compliance with the provisions of the Kaduna State Public Procurement Law 2016, The Kaduna State Aids Control Agency (KADSACA) on behalf of the Kaduna State Government hereby invites interested, eligible and competent Contractors to bid for scale up of adolescents and young person’s intervention in 21 LGAs to significantly reduce the incidence of new infections

TENDER REQUIREMENTS

  • Evidence of Corporate Affairs Commission certificate is required
  • Evidence of Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three years (2018, 2019, 2020)
  • Current Pencom certificate is required for 2021
  • ITF certificate is required for 2021
  • Current NSITF certificate is required for 2021
  • Provide 2021 evidence of registration with Ministry of Business, Innovation and Technology Kaduna State.
  • Evidence of 3 similar jobs executed with Award and completion certificates
  • Evidence of current registration with The Kaduna State Public Procurement Authority (2021)
  • Company Audited Account for three years 2018, 2019 and 2020
  • Evidence of Financial Capability and Banking Support.
  • Evidence of VAT registration and remittances
  • Evidence of key personnel with professional registration

COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS
Interested companies/firms can obtain the Financial Tender Documents on the KADPPA e-Procurement Portal from 12am on 30th September, 2021, at a non-refundable tender fee of N50,000.00 (lot 1) and N60,000.00 (lot 2) payable to Kaduna State Government through the Portal.

SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS
(a) An electronic copy each of the Completed Technical and Financial Bids are to be submitted on the KADPPA e-Procurement portal.
(b) The Technical and Financial bids must be inserted and submitted in separate folders clearly marked “Technical Bid” and “Financial Bid.”
(c) The Financial Bid must be submitted in the same format it was obtained from the portal.
(d) A copy of the Summary Page of the Financial Bid should be submitted separately.
(e) All submissions must bear the name, address and contact number of Bidder,

OPENING OF TENDER DOCUMENTS
(a) Electronic copies of the Technical Bid and the Summary Page of the Financial Bid received shall be opened immediately after the close of receipt of bids in the presence of the representatives of the Bidders on the KADPPA e-Procurement portal.
(b) Only bids that meet the pre-qualification requirements shall proceed to the financial evaluation stage
(c) only bids submitted online will be evaluated.
