INVITATION FOR BIDS FOR SUPPLY OF 4X4 UTILITY MOTOR VEHICLE, 2 NO MOTORCYCLES, VETERINARY DRUGS AND LABORATORY EQUIPMENT FOR ZONAL VETERINARY OFFICE ARGUNGU
The Kebbi State Ministry of Health Husbandry Fisheries wishes to invite suitably qualified contractors for the supply of 4×4 utility motor vehicle, 2 no motor cycles, veterinary drugs and laboratory equipment for zonal veterinary office Argungu
Qualification of Firms Responding to the (RFQ)
The contractors or representative of the firm etc. must show clear evidence of:
(a) Payment of corporate taxes, PAYE, VAT, etc.
(b) Kebbi State ministerial Tenders Registration Certificate
(c) Letter of confirmation by applicant’s Bankers on having financial capacity to execute the contract.
(d) Certificate of incorporation for companies \consulting firms
(e) Memorandum and ARTICLES of Association
(f) Registration with professional/regulatory bodies as would be applicable
(g) List of company/consulting firms machineries, equipment and instruments
(h) List of previous works/services executed within Kebbi State and evidence of performance
(i) List of company/consulting firms personnel including qualification and year of experience in the field.
(j) Third party insurance.
DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF QUOTATION
The contractors or representative of the company etc are to submit quotation on or before 12 October, 2021.
The Ministry of Animal Health Husbandary Fisheries reserves the right to reject any quotation that does not meet its requirement for more details please contact the office of Director Planning and Research.
