INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE PHASE (I) DEVELOPMENT OF THE CONFLUENCE UNIVERSITY OF SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY (CUSTECH) OSARA CAMPUS – KOGI STATE
INTRODUCTION
The Ministry of Works and Housing is saddled with the responsibility of Construction and Rehabilitation of Infrastructures under the control of the state.
The Ministry, desirous of fully performing its mandate according to extant provisions wishes to invite qualified companies with requisite experience in Civil/Building Construction for the following jobs at the Confluence University of Science & Technology, Osara.
(A)
Lot 1: Faculty of Basic Medical & Health Sciences
Lot 2: Faculty of computing and informatics
Lot 3: The University Library
Lot 4: The University Senate Building.
(B) Construction of Faculty of Engineering Confluence University Science and Technology (CUSTECH) Osara.
REQUIREMENTS
(i) Evidence of Registration with C.A.C
(ii) Tax Clearance Certificate for the past 3 years (2018, 2019, 2020)
(iii) Audited Account for the past 3 years ( 2018, 2019, 2020)
(iv) Evidence of VAT Registration and Remittances
(v) Evidence of financial capability from a reputable Bank in Nigeria
(vi) Comprehensive profile of the contractor with list of key personnel and equipment
(vii) Evidence of similar job done in the past 3 years
(viii) Evidence of registration with Kogi State Ministry of Work and Housing.
(ix) Evidence of registration with Confluence University of Science and Technology (CUSTECH) Osara, Kogi State.
(x) Evidence of Registration with Kogi State Bureau of Public Procurement (KGBPP).
(xi) Evidence of payment of non-refundable tender fees to Kogi State Internal Revenue Services (KGIRS).
(xii) A Sworn affidavit that none of the Company Director have been convicted in or outside the country for any criminal offence, including fraud and financial impropriety.
(xiii) Functional E-mail address and GSM Phone Numbers.
COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS
The Tender Documents are to be collected from the Department of Procurement, Ministry of Works and Housing on the payment of non- refundable fee of One Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira (HI50,000.00) into specific Government Revenue Account.
SUBMISSION AND OPENING OF BIDS DOCUMENTS
Duly completed bid documents should be submitted at the office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Works and Housing, Lokoja not later than 12 noon, 28 September, 2021, at which time bid opening commences.
NOTE:
(i) The Ministerial Tenders Board reserves the right to reject any or all the bids and:
(ii) This invitation should not be misconstrued as a commitment on the part of the Ministerial Tenders Board to enter into any form of contract with any Contractor or into any communication with any Contractor nor shall it entitle any Contractor to make claims from the Ministerial Tenders Board.
