EXPRESSION OF INTEREST TO TENDER FOR FURNITURE SUPPLY AND INSTALLATIONS

Since 1973, SOS Children’s Villages has been active in Nigeria, with footprints across the country to Lagos, Ogun, Plateau, Oyo, Edo, Kaduna, and Borno States as well as toe Federal Capital Territory.
Following the need to furnish its Administrative office at the SOS Children’s Village in Isolo, Lagos state, SOS Children’s Villages is seeking to select CONTRACTORS/FURNITURE SUPPLY FIRMS for the works.
(1) TENDER REQUIREMENTS
All interested and qualified contractors should submit the following documents/information for assessment and consideration:
(i) Evidence of registration of company with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
(ii) Evidence of similar jobs executed in the fast 4 years
(iii) Evidence of financial capability and possibly, bank statements
(2) COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS
Tender documents are available for collection at The National Branch Office, SOS Children’s Villages, Nigeria -Isolo CV, Lagos upon payment of non-refundable tender processing fee of N100.000 (One Hundred Thousand Naira Only) from 2 September 2021. Send an email to pre.qualification@sos-nigeria.org indicating interest to participate in the process together with the evidence of payment. Please note that the full package will be sent to you upon confirmation of your interest and evidence of the payment.
(3) SUBMISSION OF BID DOCUMENT
Bound tender documents should be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “TENDER FOR SOS CHILDREN’S VILLAGES NIGERIA FURNITURE SUPPLY AND INSTALLATIONS WORKS” and deposited into the Tender Box at SOS Children’s Villages Isolo, Lagos Nigeria on or before 11:30 am, 15 September 2021
(4) OPENING OF BIDS
The Bid Document shall be opened on Wednesday 15 September 2021 at SOS Children’s Villages Isolo, Lagos Nigeria by 11:30 am. All bidders or their representatives are invited to witness the bid opening.
