INVITATION FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
(1.0) INTRODUCTION
The Surulere Local Government invites expression of interest from prospective contractors for the following:
(2.0) CATEGORY A: WORKS
Lot 1: Complete renovation work of Office Building.
Lot 2: Construction of Legislative Building
CATEGORY B: GOODS
Lot 1: Supply of computer software, hardware, and accessories
Lot 2: Supply of office furniture and equipment.
(3.0) PRE-QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
The expression of interest must be submitted in the following order:
(a) Covering letter duly signed by the company’s authorized signatory indicating the specific area(s) of specialization under the two (2) HEADINGS (Works and Goods) with company profile.
(b) Certificate of Incorporation/registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
(c) Company’s Audited Accounts for the years (2018, 2019, and 2020)
(d) Evidence of financial/technical capability from a reputable bank and willingness to provide credit/Equipment as the case may be.
(e) Evidence of similar nature of the project with verifiable letter of contract award, within the last two years from 2019
(f) Evidence of registration partnership/joint venture when necessary
(g) Evidence of registration with Lagos State Public Procurement Agency and Surulere LGA contractor registration receipt
NOTE:
(i) EOI/Pre-qualification submission must be in English only and clear about the area(s) of interest and competence of each categorization
(ii) Interested applicants must note that the Surulere LGA reserves die right to verify- claims made in the pre-qualification documents submitted by them at any level
(iii) The pre-qualification exercise shall not be construed as a commitment on the part of the Surulere LGA to Award any contract.
(iv) The cost for this exercise will be the sole responsibility of the interested party (ies) to this invitation
(v) Interested eligible applicants may obtain further information at the procurement office of Surulere LGA Secretariat.
(vi) Non Refundable fee of N25,000 for bidding documents
(4.0) SUBMISSION OF EOI/QUALIFICATION DOCUMENT
Application must be enclosed in a sealed envelope and addressed to the Executive Chairman, Surulere LGA Secretariat Lagos, and delivered at the procurement, office on or before 12:00 hour on Tuesday 28 September 2021.
