INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF ULTRA-MODERN FM STUDIO COMPLEX IN GASHUA, YOBE NORTH SENATORIAL DISTRICT, YOBE STATE.

(1.0) INTRODUCTION
The Yobe State Ministry of Home Affairs Information & Culture in compliance with Yobe State Public Procurement Act (2016) wishes to invite suitably qualified contractors to bid for:

(2.0) SCOPE OF WORK
CONSTRUCTION OF ULTRA-MODERN FM STUDIO COMPLEX IN GASHUA, YOBE NORTH SENATORIAL DISTRICT, YOBE STATE.

(3.0) MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
Interest bidders/suppliers should submit their bids with the following documents.

  • Verifiable evidence of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) of Nigeria;
  • Verifiable evidence of Company Registration with Yobe State Bureau on Public Procurement (BPP)National database of contractors & service providers by submitting up to date interim Registration Report(IRR) as evidence of compliance;
  • Verifiable evidence of VAT Registration and 3-years Tax Clearance Certificate;
  • Verifiable evidence of current Pension Commission (PENCOM) compliance Certificate;
  • Verifiable evidence of current Industrial Training Fund(ITF) clearance certificate;
  • Verifiable evidence of current National Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) clearance certificate.

(4.0) ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS 

  • Detailed company’s profile and Technical Qualifications of Key Personnel with evidence of relevant experiences on similar jobs;
  • Previous experience of similar project executed including relevant award letters and completion certificates;
  • Audited Accounts for three (3) years
  • Sworn Affidavit that all information presented in the pre-qualification bid are true and genuine.

(5.0) COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS
Interested bidders should obtain bidding documents from the office of the Director, Planning Research and Statistic, Ministry of Home Affairs, Information & Culture, First Floor, IBB Secretariat, Damaturu Yobe State upon payment of N25,000.00 non-refundable fee between the hours of 09:00ann- 16:G0prn Mondays- Thursdays.

(6.0) DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF BIDS
The closing date for the submission of bids is on or before 12:00 noon 14 days from the date of this publication (17, SEPTEMBER 2021).

(7.0) SUBMISSION OF BIDS
The Technical and financial Proposal in three (3) hard and One (1) soft copies in a sealed envelope addressed to the Honourable Commissioner State Ministry of Home Affairs, Information & Culture, First Floor, IBB Secretariat, P.M.B 1086, Damaturu Yobe State,
