TITLE OF SERVICES: COURSE DEVELOPMENT AND CONTEXTUALIZATION FOR GLOBAL MIGRATION MEDIA ACADEMY
The International Organization for Migration (hereinafter called IOM) intends to hire Service Provider for the Course Development and Contextualization for Global Migration Media Academy for which this Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued.
IOM now invites Service Providers/ Consulting Firms to provide Technical and Financial Proposal for the following Services :. Course Development and Contextualization for Global Migration Media Academy. More details on the services are provided in the attached Terms of Reference (TOR).
OBJECTIVE OF THE ASSIGNMENT
The overall objective of the GMMA is to build a stronger base for ethical and accurate reporting, through the setup of a versatile e-learning platform and media training network which mainstreams accredited modules in universities, strongly focused on inclusive, evidence-based ethical reporting and knowledge-sharing.
The Service Provider /Consulting Firm will be selected under a Quality –Cost Based Selection procedures described in this RFP.

III. Financial Proposal – Standard Forms Section
IV. Terms of Reference Section
V. Standard Form of Contract
The Proposals must be delivered by through mail to iomlagostenders@iom.int and Hard copy delivery to 1 Isaac John Street, Ikeja GRA, Lagos on or before 1st November,2021. No late proposal shall be accepted.
IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and to annul the selection process and reject all Proposals at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to affected Service Providers/ Consulting Firms
