Nigerdock FZE is inviting suitable and qualified companies to tender their offers for the purchase/ rental of heavy construction equipment stated below;
Outright Purchase (2nd hand Equipment)

Equipment Rental
(1) D8 Bulldozer, 314 HP
(2) 350m Long Boom Excavator

NB
- All equipment (i.e. outright purchase / rental) shall not exceed 15 years of age at the maximum from their initial purchase date.
- Estimated rental durations is 80 days (Feeding, accommodation, insurance, operator’s salary and fuel shall be borne by the successful tenderer during tenure of the rental).
- Lump sum daily rate to be provided by Tenderer for the equipment rental
- All equipment shall be fit for their intended purposes Pictures of each equipment shall be provided by the tenderer’s offer.
- Tenderers are required to populate the above checklist for each of the equipment
- Physical inspection shall be carried out upon receipt of tenderer’s technical and commercial offers.
- Warranty period shall be duly stated on tenderer’s offer
- Nigerdock FZE will not be responsible for and shall not pay for any expenses losses which may be incurred by a tenderer In the preparation of offers
- All exclusions shall be fully detailed in the tenderer’s offer and no claim in this respect will be entertained at a later date.
- No offer shall be deemed to have been accepted, unless such acceptance is communicated to the successful tenderer in writing by Nigerdock FZE’s authorized representative
- Tenderer acknowledge that Nigerdock FZE is a free zone enterprise and as such, is exempted from the payment of WHT, VAT or any other tax.
- All qualifications and clarifications should be addressed to the email below. This tenderer shall be on a “non-exclusive” basis as Nigerdock FZE reserves the right to independently evaluate each submitted tender.
- Tenderer shall duly state payment terms for both the outright purchase and the rental of equipment which will be subject to review.
- Nigerdock FZE reserves to cancel and reject any and all offers submitted without recourse to tenderers.
- Tender Submission date: Three (3) working days from the date of advert placement of this tender (2, NOVEMBER, 2021).
- Tender Submission time: 5pm on the last day for submission.
- Mode of Submission: Electronic copy in PDF format on tenderer’s letterhead paper duly stamped and signed and addressed to:
