REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
WEST AFRICA AIR TICKET TRAVEL SERVICES
Palladium is seeking flight reservation, ticketing, and other travelling related services such as covid19 test, car rental services, hotel booking, visa support services and travel insurance to assist with travel for staff, consultants, and other stakeholders under Health Policy Plus (HP+), a seven-year USAID-funded project, and other projects. The mission of the HP+ project is to strengthen and advance health policy priorities in the areas of family planning and reproductive health, HIV, and maternal health at global, country, and subnational levels.
Applicants must have at least five years’ experience servicing large clients and IATA certified.
The air ticketing provider should provide the following:
- Reservations and ticketing for staff, consultants, and other stakeholders.
- Service Center in a secure location, staffed with a minimum of 10 persons and provides 24-hour service via email and telephone.
- Dedicated staff person and their alternate to manage Palladium account.
- Access to All Airlines operating in different regions
- Provide dummy hotel and airline itineraries for visa applications.
- Provide a minimum of three different possible flight options unless alternatives are not available.
- Notifications to traveller and Palladium travel coordinator when a booked flight is delayed, cancelled, or other pertinent changes to the flight.
Provision of service is to commence on December 1, 2021, and end on March 31, 2022, with a possible extension until September 30, 2022.
