INVITATION TO TENDER
Saemaul Undong Foundation, a non-profit Organisation hereby wishes to invite reputable and interested bidders with requisite expertise and experience to tender for two (2) seperate Proposed 57.6 hectares and 38.5 hectares Irrigation Scheme at Makera and Raddawa Villages in Dutsinma and Matazu L.G.A, Katsina State
(2) SCOPE OF WORK:
This Bidding involves two separate land sites; therefore, it will require 2 separate quotations involving:
(I) Construction/Drilling of 10 solar powered motorized irrigation boreholes 100-150m deep, 8 inches wide and pumping of approximately 9,000 litres/hour on both land sites
(II) Construction of 50meters reinforced concrete water canals on 57.6ha and 38.5ha land sites.
(III) Construction of 10 underground water reservoir sized 2000mm x 3000mmx 1800m deep on both land sites
(IV) General site clearance, site preparation, layout and organization including top soil excavation of both land sites.
(2) ALL APPLICANTS MUST PRESENT THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS FOR EACH BID:
(I) A comprehensive company profile.
(II) Certificate of incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
(III) Financial Capability of Company/Audited account
(IV) 2 years current tax clearance
(V) Evidence of at least three (3) similar projects executed
(VI) Past 3 months financial statement
(VII) Pledge to purchase Advanced Payment Bond from the bank if contract is awarded
(VIII) A sworn affidavit that the company is not bankrupt.
(IX) Evidence of VAT remittance
(3) SUBMISSION OF VERIFIABLE TENDER DOCUMENT:
All tender documents shall be submitted to and accompanied with a letter duly signed by the CEO or Director or an equivalent to saemaulfoundation@gmail.com

To submit Tender for Raddawa 38.5ha, make subject title as Construction of Raddawa Irrigation farming scheme
This should be submitted on or before 31 October, 2021
