REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR SUPPLY SERVICES

SWODEN a recipient of DENISH funds through DANIDA invites the general public to send quotations for the supply of:

(A) QUOTATION SOLICITATION FOR THE SUPPLY OF GRAINS Millet, Sorghum, Soya beans, ground nuts and Cloves

(B) QUOTATION SOLICITATION FOR THE SUPPLY OF PPEs AND HAND WASHING STATIONS Face mask, Hand Washing Liquid Soap and Handwashing Stations

(C) QUOTATION FOR THE SUPPLY OF FOOD AND BEVERAGE (Break Past and Lunch Break)

(D) QUOTATION SOLICITATION FOR THE SUPPLY OF KITCHEN MATERIALS Big Pots, Big frying Fans, Big Rubber Bowls, Buckets (Big, Medium and Small),Trays, Mats, spatula and Frying Pan, Strainer in the following format:

(1) Sealed bids from eligible vendors with track records in the supply of any of the above items in Nigeria.

(2) Your quotation shall be accompanied by the following documents:

  • Company profile
  • Proof of business Registration with CAC of Nigeria
  • Evidence of past Jobs
  • Tax Receipts of Tax clearance certificate for the last 3 years

(3) You quotation should reach SWODEN on or before 31 October, 2021

(4) This quotations has been sent to not less than 3other organizations

(5) The items shall be delivered to SWODEN office with strict compliance to the specifications

(6) Items supplied shall be inspected by SWODEN staff for compliance and specification

(7) Delivery is completed on satisfactory inspections of items supplied

(8) Validity for quotation shall be for Ten (10) days from the date of the advert and the original copy of the quotation shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, dropped in a box presided and addressed to:

(9) Successful bidders shall be invited to sign a contract with SWODEN.

(10) Payment shall be made on request by the successful vendor

(11) Please acknowledge the receipt of this quotation solicitation.
