INVITATION FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) FOR THE PROVISION OF FACILITY MANAGEMENT OF GARKI MALL, PLOT 1580 KABO CRESCENT
| Purpose and Introduction | The purpose of this Request for proposal (RFP) is to invite qualified firms capable of providing Facility Management Services at AICl’s Neighborhood Centre (Garki Mall), Abuja to submit proposals. |
| Project Description | Provide Facility Management Services at Garki Mall facility on, Plot 1580 Kabo Crescent, Abuja Measuring approximately 5000Sqm. |
| Bid Requirement | a) Certified True Copy of the Certificate of Incorporation and Registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC); b) Certified True Copy of the Memorandum and Articles of Association; c) Company Income Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years. Such evidence should reflect the value of the projects undertaken by the company in the last three (3) years; d) Current Pension Clearance Certificate from PENCOM; e) Evidence of registration with Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria (FRCN); f) Evidence of compliance Certificate with provision of section 6(1}13) of the amended Industrial Training Fund (ITF)Act No.19 of 2011 g) Current company’s audited statement of account. h) Comprehensive company profile including registered address, functional contact; Email address, GSM phone number(s), i) Verifiable evidence of similar jobs successfully executed in the past. j) List of qualified staff and qualifications required for the project implementation k) Reference letter from bidder’s bank stating financial ability to carry out such services. |
| Submission Procedure | All submissions must also include: i. Operation designs ii. Maintenance plan with financial projections iii. Proposed FM structure Submissions containing all the requested documents are to be made in sealed envelopes and titled: PROPOSAL FOR THE PROVISION OF FACILITY MANAGEMENT SERVICES AT AICL NEIGHBOURHOOD CENTRE GARKI MALL All submissions should be delivered to: Investment House, No. 4 Nkwere Street, Garki ll, Abuja not later than 12:00 Noon on Tuesday, 30th of November, 2021. |
