Kuje Area Council, Federal Capital Territory hereby invites interested and reputable companies to present Tender for the under-listed capital projects.

| Lot 6 | Installation of Transformer and Low-Tension Network at Kiyi |
| Lot 7 | Installation of Transformer and Low-Tension Network Extension at Pasali Bye-pass Kayarda |
| Lot 8 | Extension of Electricity Grid Expansion at Ung. Gade |

REQUIREMENTS:
(i) The company must be duly registered with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
(ii) Evidence of last three years company Tax
(iii) The company must have VAT Certificate
(iv) Company Profile
(v) Company Audited Account for the last three years/last six Months statement of Account
(vi) Evidence of financial Capacity from a reputable Bank including Bank reference letter
(vii) ITF Compliance Certificate
(viii) PENCOM Compliance Certificate
(ix) NSITF Compliance Certificate
(x) Registration Fee is payable to KUJE AREA COUNCIL Account at First Bank
(xi) A Sworn Affidavit from the High Court that the Directors) of the company have not been involved in any financial crime or money laundering.
COLLECTION OF TENDERS
Tender document can be collected from Logistic Office. Kuje Area Council on the payment of Non-refundable fee of Fifty Thousand Naira (N50.000) only from 3rd November, 2021.
SUBMISSION OF TENDER
Completed Tender must be submitted in sealed enveloped marked and addressed to the Secretary Tender’s Board not later than before Wednesday 17 November, 2021. Opening of Tender shall be by 12:00noon same day in Kuje Area Council Secretarial Confrerence Hall. The Tenders Board reserves the right to reject any Tender in part or full please.
