NOTICE OF INVITATION TO TENDER (ITT) FOR THE PROVISION OF GOODS AND SERVICES

INTRODUCTION
The Strengthening Civic Advocacy and Local Engagement (SCALE) project is a five-year project funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and implemented by Palladium International Development Limited through a cooperative agreement with USAID. The goal of the project is to strengthen good governance by increasing the capacity of civil society networks and coalitions to influence the development and implementation of key democratic reforms at local, state, and national levels. The Project emphasizes leadership and innovation, and explicitly aims to engage marginalized populations, including women, youth, people with disabilities, and other minorities in the process.
PURPOSE
The SCALE project will want to shortlist and engage various vendors within the categories of services listed below, to be on the vendor database and have a contract within a period of a year with them. These vendors will provide goods and services to the SCALE project on and as when required during the stated period.

REQUESTING THE FULL ITT (REQUIRED FOR ACCEPTANCE OF BID)

Completed bids should be submitted in electronic form and should reference ITT SSCALE/217787/ITT/001 in the subject line. A full proposal must be submitted no later than 17:30 pm local time, on December 16, 2021.
BIDDERS CONFERENCE
The project will hold a virtual pre-application question and answer conference on December 2, 2022 (any change will be communicated via email). These conferences will allow interested applicants the chance to ask questions about the ITT.
Interested parties that would like to attend this workshop must confirm their attendance by sending the participant’s name and the organization’s name to NGSCALE.Procurement@thepalladiumgroup.com.
Please note that the costs of participating in the conference will be at the sole expense of the participant as the project will not reimburse any costs of attendance.
