OGUN STATE HOSPITAL MANAGEMENT BOARD
INVITATION TO BID FOR YEAR 2020 PROJECTS EXECUTION
The Ogun State Hospital Management Board will commence the bid process for year 2022 (MOCB – CMS – 2022)
(2) Interested bidders are invited to participate in the process as follows:
(i) Sales of bid will start on Monday, 6 December, 2021.
(ii) The bid closes on Friday, 17 December, 2021 Opening of bids take place on Monday 20, December, 2021 in the presence of Representatives of the Companies, Board Members, Permanent Secretary, Directors etc.
(iv) The bid document will cost #40,000.
(3) Interested bidders must provide evidence of the following documents
- Evidence of registration with-CAC
- Evidence of registration with Ogun State Government
- Evidence of Current registration with Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (Premise)
- Current Annual-license to practice of the Superintendent Pharmacist
- Evidence of Tax Clearance Certificate for the immediate past Three years
(4) The bid document should be submitted to the office of the Director of Pharmaceutical Services, Block A, Room 143, Ogun State Secretariat, Oke-Mosan, Abeokuta.
