DESCRIPTION
Support eCRVS Implementation initiative to accelerate universal birth registration in Nigeria.
(a) develop and deploy eCRVS Minimum Viable product (MVP)
(b) develop capacity tools and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for eCRVS Service Delivery Excellence
(c) create change management plan for the Minimum Viable Product and effective governance and accountability mechanisms for eCRVS system in Nigeria

Note that the technical proposal should be seperated from the financial proposal
