INVITATION TO TENDER FOR RENOVATION AND CONSTRUCTION WORKS
Yobe State Government House, in compliance with the provision of Yobe State Bureau of Public Procurement (YSBPP) Act 2016, hereby invites sealed bids from eligible bidders/vendors with relevant experience in construction to tender
for not more than one (1) lot to be executed as detailed in the following table:

| 3 | CONSTRUCTION | Proposed Construction, Furnishing and Equipping of Dept. of Geology, University of Maiduguri, Borno State |
2. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding procedures as specified in the Yobe State Bureau on Public Procurement’s Guidelines (Procurement of Goods, Works and related Services) and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Guidelines.
3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Maintenance Officer and collect bidding documents during office hours (0900 to 1500 hours) at Yobe Government House, Damaturu and bidders/vendors must satisfy major requirements in addition to those contained in the Standard Bidding Document:

4. A Complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested eligible bidders/vendors upon payment of non-refundable fee of Fifty Thousand Naira Only (N50,000.00).
5. Bids must be delivered to Yobe State Government House Damturu on or before 23rd December 2021 by 12:00 noon. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidder’s designated representatives at the above-mentioned address by 12:00 noon
