RE: INVITATION TO TENDER AND REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR THE SUPPLY OF GOODS, WORKS AND SERVICES FOR THE SECRETARIATS, DEPARTMENTS AND AGENCIES (SDA) OF THE FEDERAL CAPITAL TERRITORY ADMINISTRATION (FCTA) UNDER THE 2021 STATUTORY APPROPRIATION ACT
The Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA) Tenders Board wishes to draw the attention of all interested bidders and the General Public to its earlier advertisement published in the Federal Tender Journal, The Leadership and The Nation Newspaper of 20th of December, 2021, & Addendum published on the 3rd January, and 10th of January, 2022 on Invitation to Tender and Request for Expression of Interest for the Supply of Goods, Works and Services for the Secretariats, Departments and Agencies (SDA) of the Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA) under the 2021 Statutory Appropriation Act.
Interested bidders and the General Public are hereby informed that as a result of clarifications sought by some companies on the Bidding Documents issued the opening dates are hereby extended. Accordingly, the Schedule of Collection, Submission, Venue of Opening and Opening Date Table have been amended as follows.

NOTE:

(ii) The Schedule of Collection, Submission, Venue of Opening and Opening Date of Second (2nd) Batch advertisement published on 3rd of January and 10th of January 2022 remains the same; and
(iii) Presence of bidders/representatives and members of the public shall not be required during the bid opening ceremony in compliance with COVID-19 Guidelines. The Bids Opening will be covered by video recording (invitation link will be sent to bidders) with the presence of two (2) representatives of private sector professional bodies and Civil Society Organization in the areas of Anti-Corruption/Transparency;
