INVITATION TO TENDER FOR ROAD REHABILITATION FROM IGBOLE EXPRESS ROAD JUNCTION TO IBARAPA CENTRAL LOCAL GOVERNMENT BOUNDARY (OFIKI RIVER JUNCTION)
Tenders are hereby invited from interested reputable, experienced and qualified contractors for the road rehabilitation from Igbole Express Road Junction to Ibarapa Central Local Government boundary (Ofiki River Junction) L = 15740m, Av. Width=9m, Patched area= 5928.5m2
TENDER REQUIREMENTS
Each tender must be accompanied by the following
(a) Evidence of payment of non-refundable tender fee of Fifty Thousand Naira (N50,000) only (photocopy of the receipt to be attached) to the Local Government Treasury.
(b) Evidence of registration as a Contractor with Ibarapa Central Local Government, Igboora
(c) Evidence of previous performance in similar job
(d) Evidence of three (3) years Tax Certificate Clearance
(e) Evidence of Registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Abuja and
(f) Evidence of financial capability to handle the job from reputable financial institution
All completed tender documents are to be waxed sealed with ‘BID’ indicated at the top left hand side comer to be addressed and submitted not later than 2 weeks from the date of this publication (21 January, 2022) to the Secretary, Tender Board, Office of the Director of Administration and General Services, Ibarapa Central Local Government, Igboora, Oyo State.
Contract details and job verification are available for inspection from Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 4:00pm in the office of the Director of Works, Lands, Housing and Survey, Ibarapa Central Local Government, Igboora.
Tendering contractors are to note that the Local Government’s Tender Board reserves the right to accept or reject any tender.
