INVITATION TO TENDER FOR PROJECTS EXECUTION
This is to invite suitable qualified contractors for pre-qualification to Tender for the execution of the following projects;
(1) Construction of 2 coat surface dressing road of 4.5 km road from Madobi to Rikadawa.
(2) Fencing of Yamma graveyard at Jajawa, Madobi.
(3) Renovation of some classes and supply of furniture at GSSS Madobi.
(4) Construction of class rooms at various wards within Madobi Local Government
(5) Renovation of mosques at various location within the LG
(6) Renovation of Islamiyya Schools at various location within the LG
(7) Construction of five daily prayer mosques at various Locations within the LG
(8) Purchase of Toyota Camry Model 2016
(9) Construction of drainage at various locations within the LG
(10) Electrification works at various locations within the LG
(11) Drilling and repairs of hand pump boreholes at various locations
(12) Construction and renovation of health post at various locations within the Local government.
PRE-QUALIFICATION DOCUMENTS
Prospective contractors must satisfy all the required and necessary pre-qualification condition, criteria and procedure laid down by all the relevant Authorities.
SUBMISSION OF PRE-QUALIFICATION DOCUMENTS
All pre-qualification documents of either of the above project are delivered on or before 2 weeks from the date of this notice(i.e 31 Janaury 2022) in sealed envelopes and boldly marked pre-qualification to tender and address to the Head of Planning Research and Statistics (PRS) MADOBI Local Government Kano.
