INVITATION TO TENDER FOR PROJECTS EXECUTION
(1.0) INTRODUCTION
Notice is hereby given inviting interested and reputable companies with good track record of performance and experience to bid as required by the Public Procurement Law 2020 for the following projects:
| Lot 1 | Renovation/Installation of Conference Hall tables, chairs & microphone. |
| Lot 2 | Landscaping of the Ministry |
| Lot 3 | Supply of office equipment (computer, printers, paper shredding machine and photocopiers). |
| Lot 4 | Supply of stationeries. |
| Lot 5 | Installation of CCTV within the premises of the Ministry and offices |
| Lot 6 | Renovation of Ministry covert. |
| Lot 7 | Construction of car park within the Ministry’s premises. |
| Lot 8 | Capacity building training/workshop/production of pass for security guards. |
| Lot 9 | Training/workshop for Traditional Rulers in the fight against insecurity in the 21 Local Government Areas. |
| Lot 10 | Construction of canteen at the Ministry premises. |
| Lot 11 | Renovation of the Ministry’s fence. |
| Lot 12 | Consultancy services. |
(2.0) ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
(a) Certificate of incorporation with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
(b) Evidence of current Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years.
(c) Evidence of verifiable relevant experience in executing similar projects.
(d) Evidence of current Audited Account/Bank Reference letter with evidence of financial capacity.
(e) Evidence of Registration with Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP).
(f) Evidence of Registration with the Ministry.
(g) Copy of VAT Registration Certificate and evidence of remittance.
(h) Company profile showing/indicating personnel, equipment and competency.
(i) All interested companies are requested to pay non-refundable fees of 820,000 to Kogi State Internal Revenue Service, Lokoja.
(j) That all interested companies/contractors should meet the Secretary, Tender Board for the inspection and collection of tender documents.
(3.0) SUBMISSION OF BID DOCUMENTS
Interested and competent bidders are requested to submit their bid not later than one (1) month from this date of publication 26/01/2022 by 12:00pm (i.e FEBRUARY 25, 2022) with evidence of payment of prescribed fees in a sealed envelope mark “Bid Document” in the Right Corner of the envelope to the Secretary, Tender Board.
