INVITATION FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION TO TENDER FOR CONSTRUCTION OF CLASS ROOM BLOCK
WITH FURNITURE CONSTRUCTION OF DRAINAGE AND ROAD CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS
This invitation for the expression of interest is for the purpose of pre – qualifications bidders that would like to express interest for the either of the following projects .
(1) Construction of 9km 2 court surface dressing road from Kwanar Indabo to Indabo town.
(2) Construction of veranda at district head house in Wudil town of Wudil Local Government.
(3) Construction of a block class room, store with furniture at Kofar Yamma Primary School in Darki town .
(4) Construction of line drainage of 325m length at Sabuwar Unguwa in Darki Ward
(5) Construction of drainage behind Local Government Secretariat of 430m length in Dagumawa Ward.
All prospective contractors must satisfy the following pre- qualifications criteria’s-
(a) Evidence of incorporation .
(b) Company Audited Account for last 3 years.
(c) Last 3 years Tax Clearance Evidence.
(d) Certificate of VAT registrations and remittances.
(e) Evidence of Financial Capabilities/ Banking support.
(f) List of Similar project executed with evidence.
(g) Copy of Kano State Contracts Registrations.
(h) Evidence that the contractors has the equipment and personnel requirement to execute the project.
(i) Evidence of settlement of paye and other withholding taxes.
(j) Local resources utilization
(k) Community and social responsibility support.
(l) Any additional information that may enhanced the chances of the contractor.
SUBMISSIONS OF DOCUMENTS
All tender documents for the above should be forwarded on or before 4 February, 2022 to the office of HOD PRS Wudil Local Government and shall clearly written with the titled of the either project No. 2-5 above.

This advertisement should not be considered as a contract award or any commitment on the part of Wudil Local Government, nor shall it entitle any contractors and or company to make any claim responded to this advertisement. Bids will be at the office of the Secretary Tenders Board on 7 February, 2022.
