TENDER NOTICE FOR REDEVELOPMENT OF ORITA APERIN MARKET
Tenders are invited from reputable contractors of proven integrity for the Re-Development of Orita-Aperin Market.
PRE-QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT:
The contractor must have registered with the Ministry of Works and Housing, Oyo State and obtain the following:-
(a) Non-re fundable tender Fees of Two Hundred Thousand Naira (200,000.00);
(b) Radio and Television Fees of One Hundred Thousand Naira (N100, 000.00); copies of the receipts of which should be enclosed;
(c) Evidence of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission;
(d) Evidence of Registration with Ibadan South East Local Government, Mapo;
(e) Evidence of previous experience on such works with copies of completion certificate;
(f) Evidence of current Tax Clearance for the last three (3) years;
(g) Veritable evidence of financial capability of the company to undertake such project, i.e. Performance Bond from a reputable Bank;
(h) Tenders should address their application that are waxed, sealed and duly marked at the top of the envelope to:

Interested Contractor should liaise with the Director of Works, Ibadan South East Local Government for specification/site before submission of the tender.
The tender should be submitted to the office of the Chairman on or before Tuesday, 22 February, 2022, while it should be noted that the Local Government is not bound to accept the lowest or highest tender, or be held culpable for rejection of such/documents.
