REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR CONSULTING FIRMS TO PROVIDE THE TRANSLATION OF RADIO SCRIPT, PRODUCTION AND AIRING – ABROAD MATTER RADIO PROGRAM (SEQUEL)
The International Organization for Migration (hereinafter called IOM) intends to hire Service Provider for the Translation of Radio Script, Production and Airing – Abroad Matter Radio Program(Sequel) for which this Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued.
IOM now invites Service Providers/ Consulting Firms to provide Technical and Financial Proposal for the following Services: Translation of Radio Script, Production and Airing – Abroad Matter Radio Program(Sequel). More details on the services are provided in the attached Terms of Reference (TOR).
Objective of the Assignment
IOM seeks to engage the services of a radio producer and program translator to translate a 13 episodes’ Abroad Mata radio program developed in pidgin into Yoruba languages. This radio program will be aired in southwestern states of Nigeria with substantial risk of irregular migration, with a focus on prevention and reporting of TIP, protection of Victims of Trafficking (VOTs) and highlighting the dangers of irregular migration. Additionally, this service will ensure that potential migrants and their communities are informed about trusted sources of reliable information available to potential migrants in their home communities such as Migrant Resource Centres (MRCs).
The Service Provider /Consulting Firm will be selected under a Quality –Cost Based Selection procedures described in this RFP.

The Proposals must be delivered through mail to iomlagostenders@iom.int and Hard copy delivery to 1 Isaac John Street, Ikeja GRA, Lagos on or before 4 March,2022. No late proposal shall be accepted.
IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and to annul the selection process and reject all Proposals at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to affected Service Providers/ Consulting Firms
