REQUEST TO QUOTATION FOR THE SUPPLY OF PORTA CABINS

BACKGROUND
Jhpiego Corporation, an affiliate of John Hopkins University, is an international non-profit, non-governmental organization that works to improve the health of women and families throughout the world.

Jhpiego Corporation is seeking for reputable suppliers of Porta Cabins. Interested vendors are encouraged to read the entire document to ensure that they have clear understanding of Jhpiego requirements before submitting a bid.

IMPORTANT ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

  • All quotes must include transportation cost to final delivery location.
  • Approved design for the portal cabin is available, interested vendors should request for a copy through nigeriabidqueries@jhpiego.org before preparing a quotation.
  • Vendors that submit quotation which is not consistent with approved design provided by Jhpiego would be disqualified

2. QUOTATION SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

  • The quotation should be enclosed in a plain sealed envelope, with the item being quoted for written boldly on the right-hand side of the envelope.
  • Proof or license to offer required services as given by the responsible regulatory body (if applicable)
  • Lead-time for delivery of items
  • Quote validity minimum of 3 months
  • Payment terms if different (preferably Net 30).

(3.1) CONTRACT DURATION

  • At the successful delivery of the vehicle(s).

(4.1) ELIGIBILITY
All applicants should provide the following;

  • Certificate of registration/incorporation, memorandum and articles of association and valid Tax Identification Number (TIN).
  • Vendor must be a licensed/authorized vendor for all the brands of vehicles listed (please provide copy of supporting documentation).
  • There must be warranty
  • Company profile (briefly reflecting the core competencies, key management personnel and clearly stating the physical verifiable office address, mobile number and e-mail address).
  • Proof or license to offer required services as given by the appropriate regulatory body (if applicable).
  • Minimum of three (3) reputable references active within the last three years for which same item had been delivered.
  • Note that applicable government taxes will be deducted prior to making payment.
