ADVERTISEMENT FOR THE EXECUTION OF 2022 CONSTITUENCY PROJECTS OF MEMBERS OF STATE HOUSE OF ASSEMBLY
INTRODUCTION
(1) The Kebbi State Ministry for Basic and Secondary Education wishes to invite suitably qualified contractors for the execution of 2022 Constituency projects fall within the Ministry.
(2) The scope of works are as follow;
(a) Rehabilitation of some blocks of Classrooms across some selected Secondary and Primary Schools in the State.
(b) Construction of blocks of NYSC Staff quarters.
Qualification of Firms Responding to the (RFQ)
Water engineering firms, representative of manufacturers etc in presenting quotation must show clear evidence of:
(a) Payment of corporate taxes, PAYE, VAT, etc.
(b) Kebbi State ministerial Tenders Registration Certificate.
(c) Letter of confirmation by applicant’s Bankers on having financial capacity to execute the contract.
(d) Certificate of incorporation for companies\consulting firms.
(e) Memorandum and ARTICLES OF Association
(f) Registration with professional/regulatory bodies as would be applicable
(g) List of company/consulting firms machineries, equipment and instruments
(h) List of previous works/services executed within Kebbi State and evidence of performance.
(i) List of company/consulting firms personnel including qualification and year of experience in the field.
(j) Third party insurance.
(1) DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF QUOTATION
The construction firms or representatives of the company e.t.c are to submit quotation on or before 15 February, 2022 from the date of publishing.
The Ministry for Basic and Secondary Education reserve the right to reject any quotation that does not meet the requirement, for more details please contact the Office of the Director Planning and Research.
