AUCTION SALES OF TWO RIGS
This is to notify the General public that there will be an auction sales of the two rigs attached on 28/9/2018 in respect of Suit No: NICN/ OW/54/2014 and NICN /OW/55/2014 by the Sheriff of the National Industrial Court Owerri presently Located at No. 37 Dafinone way Sapele, Delta state. The Judgment creditors and the Judgment debtors have agreed that Lonestar 203 & 204 a 2000hp Swamp drilling and workover should be jointly auctioned in accordance with the order of the Court in satisfaction of the judgment in the two matters above.
Interested Bidder is expected to send an expression of interest in the purchase of the above rigs by email below and pay a non refundable participation fee.
