All that property known as Plot No.49/51 Buruku Street Kudenda, Kaduna South, Kaduna State covered by Kaduna State Government Certificate of Occupancy No.KD.20049 dated the 20th day of September, 2007 for a term of 99 years.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF SALES:
(a) Upon the fall of the hammer, the auctioneer shall issue a receipt to the Highest Bidder i.e., Purchaser
(b) The Highest bidder shall make full payment on the spot or as agreed by the Bank.
(c) The Highest bidder shall be liable to pay any outstanding ground rent due to the relevant land office and also the necessary fee for transfer of ownership to the owner.
(d) Sale is subject to the consideration and approval of the bank at its absolute discretion.
(e) In default of payment by the highest bidder the property will be resold to another buyer on the day of auction.
(f) Any suitable offer by a private treaty may be considered by the bank and its discretion.
