- Up to date tax records.
- Ability to visit the location of the assets (further details to be provided upon confirmation of interest).
METHOD OF APPLICATION
- Application letter/Expression of intent by email.
- Company profile (including contact details).
- Certificate of incorporation and Tax clearance.
- Articles and Memorandum of association.
- Every prospective qualified bidder should bring a reference letter from their bank showing financial capability to pay for the assets.
GUIDE
- Assets will be sold on an as is basis. No warranties will be given nor would there be any after sales support.
- Where it is possible to give the contact of the OEM or prior service personnel or operators to the buyer(s) such may be provided on an arm’s length
