The DIRECTORATE-GENERAL FOR EUROPEAN CIVIL PROTECTION AND HUMANITARIAN AID OPERATIONS – (ECHO) is launching a call for tenders using a negotiated procedure for the Supply and Installation of Three Printers in ECHO Abuja Office.
