Time: Pre-Auction Inspection and Registration of Bidders will take place from 8am- 9.30am at all locations. Main Auction will take place from 10am -1pm at all locations.

CONDITION OF SALES:
(1) Auction Method: Sealed Bid Method
(2) Prospective Bidders will be admitted for the Auction by evidencing payment of a refundable pre-registration fee of N50,000.00 (Fifty Thousand Naira) to Shola Abeji & Partners, Guaranty Trust Bank Plc Account Number 0212676760.
(3) Interested buyers should note that most of the vehicles were imported duty free and so successful bidders will bear the cost of applicable custom duty after release of the vehicles.
(4) All vehicles will be Auction on as-is basis.
(5) Successful bidders will be required to make full payment immediately by Bank Transfer or POS. Cheques payment will not be accepted.
(6) Vehicles purchased must be removed from FHI 360 Nigeria premises within 48hours of receipt of payment by successful bidders.
