INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF ONE BLOCK OF 20 SHOPS
This is to inform the general public that, the local Government council wishes to offer the contract for the construction of one block of (20) shops.
(1) ELIGIBILITY AND CRITERIA FOR TENDERING.
The following are the requirements/documents to be submitted by prospective tenders, which should be arranged in this order;
(a) Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
(b) Evidence with PPA (Former Tender Board)
(c) Tax Clearance Certificate for 3 years.
(d) Evidence with compliance with PENCOM.
(e) VAT registration and Evidence remittance.
All the above should be in the profile of the company and any other information that may technically qualify your company for the work.
(2) COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS.
Bid documents can be collected at the office of the Local Government Secretary, Gubio Local Government Secretary, Gubio Local Government secretariat on presentation of payment receipt of non-refundable payment Tender fees of N10,000 only from 10:00am daily.
(3) SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS.
All tenders are to be submitted in a sealed envelope and marked at the top of the right hand corner indicating construction of one (1) block of (20) shops at Gubio Central Market clearly addressed to the Executive Chairman.
N.B: Only successful contractor will be contacted after opening of the Tender,
