REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR SERVICE PROVIDER- GRAPHICS DESIGN OF IEC MATERIALS ON TRAFFICKING IN PERSONS (TiP) AND PRODUCTION OF A SENSITIZATION VIDEO ANIMATION
The International Organization for Migration (hereinafter called IOM) intends to hire Service Provider for the Graphics Design of IEC Materials on Trafficking in Persons (TiP) And Production of a Sensitization Video Animation for which this Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued.
IOM now invites Service Providers to provide Technical and Financial Proposal for the following Services: Graphics Design of IEC Materials on Trafficking in Persons (TiP) And Production of a Sensitization Video Animation. More details on the services are provided in the attached Terms of Reference (TOR).
Objective of the Assignment
The overall objective is to engage the service provider to provide graphic design, illustration and multimedia-printing services for IEC materials for the special measure project : EU-IOM Joint Initiative for Migrant Protection and Reintegration Project and to produce a 2D two minutes video animation to sensitize source communities on trafficking in persons (TiP) issues, raise awareness to reduce stigma and foster rehabilitation and reintegration.
The Service Provider will be selected under a Quality –Cost Based Selection procedures described in this RFP.

The Proposals must be delivered by through mail to iomlagostenders@iom.int and Hard copy delivery to 1 Isaac John Street, Ikeja GRA, Lagos by 4pm on or before 1st April, 2022. No late proposal shall be accepted.
IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and to annul the selection process and reject all Proposals at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to affected Service Providers/ Consulting Firms
